The Workforce Disclosure Initiative (WDI) helps investors and companies assess how well companies treat their workforce. Since January 2024 it has been part of the Thomson Reuters Foundation, having previously sat within ShareAction. Nossa Data has been the official platform provider for the WDI since 2021.
